What's the role?
We're looking for a qualified, motivated Skills Coach to deliver Health and Social Care apprenticeships up to Level 5. You'll work closely with a manageable caseload of learners, guiding and mentoring them through their qualifications while ensuring they receive the highest level of support and training.

What we're looking for:

Experience delivering Health and Social Care apprenticeships, ideally up to Level 5
A recognised assessing qualification (e.g. CAVA, TAQA)
A solid understanding of apprenticeship standards and learner journey
A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for helping others grow
